Growing up in Asia, I fell in love with food and cooking as soon as my mom allowed me in the kitchen.
I have lived, studied, worked and travelled on five continents, with one constant: I love the food everywhere I've been!
I am a professionally-trained chef with more than 15 years experience in the industry and have a degree in hotel management from PIVA in Belgium.
I love the freshness of Australian fusion, North American with Caribbean influence in Canada and Southern US cuisine or Texan BBQ in Houston, and even just Asian street food.
I belive that food gathers people together to share their experiences and happiness. I am happy to be part of it!
